I think we could level up to runescape 2007 meme standards

  • The mods of this subreddit dictate what memes are allowed according to what they want to see. Low attempt memes don't matter as long as they are funny. Although rather than tickling the Mods humorous bone to RS gold receive a green light, I believe that it comes down to the:"If you let the very low attempt meme of"x" user why you didn't let mine". Then, if mods let any kind of meme, for a neighborhood that large, in little time the sub will be flooded with low effort memes and just witty captions. Sure, the community can decide whichever articles reach the frontpage by voting, but when there is some sort of authorities for High Definition memes, I think we could level up to runescape 2007 meme standards.

I guess it's a challenging matter to"balance out". Yeah I agree my buddy Protoman, it is slightly tough to reach a consensus, but oh well, it is what it is I guess. The upvote system will restore natural sequence, why should the mods dictate that which memes are and aren't permitted? I mean, outright offensive things should probably be removed, I am sure there are kids on this, and a few things actually don't ever need to be said. But when a meme is regarding the game and folks are into it, it'll make its way to the very best places or whatever (I don't know the sorting categories off shirt ). Will vanish and you miss them if you don't sort by brand new.

Those are my feelings about the matter, I can't speak for anybody else. But I changed from osrs to rs3 just like six months ago since I want to remain updated on the game and naturally kinda switched over subs, too. And damn, this sub is boring as hell. I mean, there is drama. Plenty of people are pissed off about a slew of things, usually . But I did not understand just how much I missed the memes until I noticed that I never saw any of this sub. Beyond this, my very first major belief of the sub was that this was where people came to whine about matters in the sport as a way to roll the dice for a jmod response, or just port with other people about stuff. It is not a fun sub to be in really. Definitely not in contrast to this osrs sub. It might be. It's odd to know that it's due to the mods suppressing posts, and not the community that is rs3 just sucking. Kinda changes my view.

Allowing votes to dictate is a system that is lousy. Folks on reddit are lurkers few actually promote the community. You know who's upvoting this very low effort spam most? Lurkers. It's easy to consume. I think that is exactly what the mods will end up performing tho. Let all of memes in, remove the ones that are offensive and let the users dictate which memes stay and which"expires in new". Jut enjoy in r/memes, just the funnier will survive and nobody will direct them into the frontpage should they die in new. As for the complaints and other non attempt articles, I believe folks already do a good job filtering those out of the frontpage, if one browses by cheap RuneScape gold new, they could notice how bad the typical posts are. . . Anyways, that was likewise a good justification of your part I agree.
